RETURNS (for items purchased ONLINE)

If you're not satisfied with your statelinepetsupply.com purchase, you can return the product for the purchase price (minus the shipping, handling and other charges). For your convenience, items purchased online can also be returned in store. Bring in your order confirmation email as your receipt for a refund.

  • All returns must be within 30 days of date of initial shipment date (7 days for electronics)
  • All returns will be refunded in the original form of payment
  • All return merchandise must be in its original condition, unless defective
  • Normal wear & tear on toys and chew related items are not eligible for return
  • Used crates & cages are not eligible for return.
  • All return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. 
  • Please call customer service at 603-382-6873 to initiate a return request by mail.

  • Returns without receipt will be eligible for a merchandise credit which must be used the same day as returning the item(s)
  • Returns without receipt will receive credit value equal to any current store promotion if applicable
  • Returns with receipt that was paid with a check will be subject to a 10 day waiting period for a cash refund, if returned before 10 day period, will be eligible for merchandise credit only
