FREE In Store/Curbside Pickup!
- Orders placed online with In Store/Curbside pickup are typically ready for pickup within 2 hours. For curbside pickup, please give us a call when you arrive and we will bring your order out to you.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is completed and indicating it is ready to be picked up.
- Orders will be held for 10 days, after which product will be returned to stock and refunded to original form of payment.
- An ID is required for pickup and orders can only be released to those who are listed in the Ship To or Billed To fields during checkout.
FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on orders $75 or more! 
- Order total must exceed $75 prior to tax or shipping charges. Free shipping rates are for US orders within the 48 contiguous states. Restrictions may apply to bulky, long, or oversize items.
- Most orders ship within 24 hours! Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.
- The shipping discount will automatically appear in your cart (excluding sales tax and shipping fees after all other discounts are applied) totaling $75 or more in eligible products. We have the right to change the delivery carrier for orders that qualify for free shipping without notice.
- Free Shipping offer excludes items that are on sale; cat and dog litter; ice melt; dog, cat and wild bird food; bulky or heavy items; State Line Pet Supply Gift Cards; items shipped via LTL delivery; orders exceeding the maximum weight limit of 150 lbs.; and applicable taxes.
